【Free shipping on domestic orders】

We deliver domestic orders by SF Express.

Depending on the district, some taxes may be due at the time of arrival. Please contact the customs office for more details. 

Precaution about the mail service. There is no compensation for any accident, loss, theft, etc. after shipping. Delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery status.

It is not possible to change the address after shipment, please be sure to check that the address is correct.

We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. In the meantime, if any questions come up, please do not hesitate to contact our shop manager via email marketing@iqsquareasia.com.

FAQ

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on weight after the order has been confirmed.
Once shipping costs have been confirmed and the final bill decided, we will contact you via e-mail.
Will the product be shipped in a box?
In as many cases as possible, the product will be packaged and shipped in an Speedpost logo-marked envelope made of water-resistant, durable cardboard.
However, in the case that the product will not fit in the envelope, or the product is fragile, we will take care to ship it in a box.
Will my credit card be charged twice?
At our company, there are times when we need to confirm whether or not your credit card can be used. In those cases, it is possible that the card will be charged both at the time of order and again once the shipping costs have been determined. However, the final billing will be balanced based on the amount of the shipping costs and you will not be overcharged.

•  Troubleshooting Credit Card Issues. 

If your credit card payment cannot be processed, you'll receive an e-mail saying the charge didn't go through. 

If we do not receive a reply and/or there is no change to the order within one week of sending the e-mail, the order will be cancelled. 

* Due to the recent increase of illicit third-party credit card use, it may be necessary to perform customer identification over the phone. Thank you for your understanding. 

Consumption tax

If any changes to the delivery address, name and so on should be necessary, please inform us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.
